Account details: when you create an account, we collect your name, email address and password. Your password is stored only in encrypted form and cannot be read by us.

Order details: when you place an order, we store the order ID, the plan or tool ordered, the amount, the UPI transaction reference number (UTR) you submit, the payment status and the time of each step.

Support communication: emails and call records of what you ask us and how we resolved it.

Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure.

We do not collect or store your bank account details, card numbers or UPI PIN. Payments happen entirely inside your UPI app.

To create and manage your account, to create, verify and activate your orders, to provide support, and to keep records required by accounting and tax rules. We also use aggregated, non-identifying statistics to understand which products are popular.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers: our website runs on managed hosting, database and email infrastructure that processes data on our behalf under contract.

Activation: where a product requires it, we share the minimum details needed (typically your email address) with the tool provider to activate your access.

Legal: where we are required to disclose data by law, court order or to protect against fraud.

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request (see our Data Deletion page). Order and payment records are retained as required by Indian accounting and tax rules, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us at any time to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where the law allows. Email contact@buynew.in from your registered email address and we will action the request within 30 days.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on managed infrastructure with access restricted to authorised team members. Payment verification is done manually by our team, and no one outside it can view your order details.

BuyNew.in is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of BuyNew.in after a change means you accept the updated policy.
