Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase and use of BuyNew.in, operated by BuyNew Software Solutions Private Limited, Madhapur, Hyderabad (“BuyNew”, “we”). By placing an order or creating an account you accept them. Questions: contact@buynew.in.

BuyNew sells access to third-party software and subscription plans, and provides digital marketing services. We are an independent reseller: we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official offer from any tool maker, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Product pages state what is included — access type, validity, warranty, seats and credits — only where the seller has enabled that information. Subscriptions and stock are subject to availability and the applicable plan terms.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and shown per month or per validity period as labelled. The price shown on a product page is the price you pay; the amount for your order is confirmed on the checkout page and validated on our servers before payment.

An order is created when you begin checkout. Submitting a UTR does not by itself confirm a payment — see Payments below.

We accept UPI payments to our designated payment ID. The checkout page generates a QR code and payment link for your exact order amount — please verify the payee name and amount in your UPI app before approving.

After paying, you must submit the UTR (transaction reference number) shown by your UPI app. Our team verifies the payment against the bank record before marking the order paid and activating access. We may additionally ask for a bank receipt screenshot. Orders that cannot be matched to a bank credit are not activated.

Do not submit a UTR from a different order or transaction. Mismatched or reused UTRs delay activation and may be treated as attempted fraud.

Access is activated after payment verification, during our working hours (Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM). Tools sold with a warranty are covered for the duration shown on the product page: if access stops working within the warranty window for a reason not attributable to you, we repair or replace it.

Validity begins when access is delivered, and is stated on the product page. Sharing one seat among multiple users, or any use that violates the underlying tool's terms, voids the warranty for that order.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate details when signing up. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse or violation of these terms.

You may not resell access purchased at our individual prices unless the product explicitly provides seats for that purpose, attempt to extract more usage than your plan allows, or use any product for unlawful activity.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss arising from tool outages or changes made by the original tool provider, which are outside our control.

Prices, availability and these terms may change; the version in force when you place your order applies to that order. We will update the date at the top of this page when the terms change.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. We ask that you contact us first — almost everything is solvable over email.
